History
We have been serving Middle Georgia - Eatonton, Greensboro, Madison, Buckhead, Milledgeville and surrounding areas since 1987. The company was founded by Jack Minchey, Broker, and owned by Jason Minchey, Broker and GRI. In 2006 Tom Schlesser, Managing Broker, REALTORŪ, retired CPA and Patricia Mason, REALTORŪ, became the owners. Jack and Jason Minchey, Associate Brokers, continue to represent numerous sucessful investor oriented clients.
The Story of the Pyramid
The Pyramid Building has been a distinctive landmark in the Lake Area since 1994, when it was built by renowned Real Estate Broker Jack Minchey. The Pyramid Building has served as a meeting place for locals and visitors ever since. The first traffic light in this area was installed at this site in 2001 and marked the impressive economic growth of the entire area. It is not uncommon to people say "Meet me at the Pyramid" because the central location at the crossroads of the Lake Area leads to all the Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair attractions.
