Jack Minchey Honored Twice by Century 21
Jack Minchey, Century 21 associate broker, was twice honored on May 24th at the Lake Oconee Area Association of Realtors office by Century 21 Regional Services Director, DeSota Wilson. Jack was first honored for his out standing performance with helping customers in 2006. Jack Minchey has been serving the Lake area since 1987 and was awarded the 2006 Centurion Producer Award for over seven million dollars in successful customer transactions in 2006. Jack was also awarded membership in the Centurion Honor Society for his outstanding service over the span of his career. Jack quipped “The rumors of my retirement are premature. I get as much satisfaction out of helping my clients realize their dreams as I do catching fish”
Also honored with awards were Tom Schlesser, Broker/Owner of Century 21 Minchey Properties, and Tommy Callaway, Farm and Land specialist. Tom Schlesser received a 2006 Centurion Producer for completing over three million dollars in transactions in 2006. Tommy Callaway earned a Gold Star Award for over two million dollars in completed transactions in 2006.
The Century 21 Minchey Properties Realtors in attendance were updated on the latest Century 21 internet tools to help customers locate properties and were given a preview of the new Century 21 Minchey Properties web site to be in service next week. In addition to enhanced search capabilities the updated website will feature a new online article on the “Seven Advantages You Must Have in Every Real Estate Transaction”.

I wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for everything you did for us while we were looking for our new home. It has been a real pleasure to work with you! You were always there whenever we needed to look at a house, even when we only gave you a minutes notice.
It took us 3 months to finally pick our dream home, but you never lost patience with us. You've become a real friend and someone we will miss. The book you gave my granddaughter at Closing is wonderful. She loves it! And it really helped keep her occupied while we were busy moving.
